• Refinance Calculator: Users can enter existing and new mortgage plan details to calculate potential cash-out amounts and changes in monthly repayment amounts. It also includes a function for early settlement calculations.
• Affordability Calculator: This calculator requires the mortgage amount and loan-to-value (LTV) ratio to estimate the affordable property price, necessary income, and stress test requirements.
